Accordingly one share costs 10 euro plus agio; the minimum individual investment is €4,500. castello AG invests exclusively in real property in the region.

The investment vehicle castello capital dresden I exists in two variants:
With a lump-sum investment an agreed amount is deposited and invested for a minimum term of three, six, or nine years. The amount of the basis dividend is dependent on this minimum term of the investment (diagramme A).
The instalment investment runs over a minimum of nine years and commands a basis dividend of ten percent. With this arrangement a minimum of 20% of the investment sum is paid in initially. In the following years (a maximum of five) capital is accumulated by savings instalments and withholding of dividends until the agreed sum (minimum €4,500) is reached (diagramme B).
In addition to the basis dividend a profit-sharing dividend is planned. Both dividends can at the investor’s option be paid annually or accumulated.
